David, our founder, is passionate about helping others succeed.

He is a collaborative leader with 25+ years building his own career, and helping others as they have launched their careers, changed directions, or faced setbacks along the way. 

​

His consulting experience has allowed him to work with literally thousands of professionals - from CEO's to front-line workers - and he has always enjoyed giving back to his network, friends, and family in the form of career advisory and assistance.

David Launched EXCLER8.COM in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic when his own career was impacted along with those of many in his network, family friends and their children, and millions of others.

David is leading the charge with input from many - and is carefully building the EXCLER8.COM team. Stay tuned to watch the team and our offerings grow.

Prior to launching EXCLER8.COM, David spent 25 year Strategy and Operations consultant working across consumer-facing and B2B industry segments in the US and internationally. He has held Senior Manager roles with multi-national consultancies, and has been a Founder, Partner, and VP with boutique consulting firms. David also serves as an Independent Advisor and Board Member.
